No. 1. Love LSU since my dad and family started listening to LSU games on WWL-am on radio at night and nights only in the 60's. Was not on TV much then. We only had 2 channels anyway, KNOE-8 in Monroe and 10 El Dorado,Ark in the 60's. LSU is the state school for a unique state that I love.

Yeah, that was kind of a freak thing. But...it was the 2 best teams in the country.

Other teams had to choke, though, for that to happen.

They may have won 1/9 but Bama didn't deserve to be there. We already beat them and they were not a champion of any fricking thing in their own right that year and they got in due to ESPN pumping them up and Les being a goddamn idiot saying he would be honored to play them again; hopefully les learned that you don't lobby to play teams that has a very good chance of beating you, you lobby for the best possible matchup that has the best chance of winning against ad Oklahoma state was just that.
