This is the most absurd statement out there that we keep hearing. The Dems act like the only people to be governed are the ones that actually voted. It doesn't work that way. Get away from the liberal cities and Trump won rural America by a decent margin.
One option of the right to vote is not to vote but those making that decision have to still be governed also.
There are strategies to winning any kind of contests where you end up with one winner. The Dems are failing to realize that at the moment.
