I agree that a law was not likely broken, except if it was done to intimidate or something like that. A good idea to investigate, but a bad idea to broadcast to the public about the incident or that you are investigating.
Had it been two Bibles the students would have flushed the toilet ans everybody would have gone their merry way. Amazing.

I misread it the first time and thought it said Koreans found in toilet.

Simply Putting books in a toilet isn't a logical way to intimidate.

Yeah what if the guy you are trying to intimidate doesn't poo in public johns unless it is a crisis?

Two students at the University of Texas at Dallas found the copies of the Muslim holy book in the men’s bathroom on March 28 and alerted authorities,
any bets on whether they are the ones who did the placing? at least the izreal hacker tried to hide in another country when he called in the temple bomb threats.

This.
It's stupid for it to be news.

I guess with world tensions being on my mind when I first read the title of your OP I thought it said, "Police launch investigation after Koreans found in toilet at Texas college."
That would've been cause for real investigation.

The one on top is The Koran but the one on bottom is only the Caliph's Notes.

I really want to do this at an airport. Then as the Muslim is pulling the soggy Korans out of the toilet I could take his prayer rug and throw it away in a trash can on the other side of the terminal.

1. thats a clean-arse toliet
2. haven't been in there long enough to soak the pages.
3. therefore the the people 'reporting' the incident are probably the culprits.
watcha doin rabbi?

I thought about changing the spelling to "Quran", but I'm leaving it.

How do you know it wasn't the property of the one who put it in the toilet?

I swear thats what I originally saw and thought "wow what kind of sick frick is targeting Koreans, grinding them up and putting them in toilets"

If that's the case, then I've dropped turds in at least a couple establishements that resulted in "destruction of property". I hope I'm not charged with a hate crime.

Would they investigate if, say, Bibles were found in a toilet? Hell no. This is ludicrous. It shows favoritism.
