None that I can remember that were 40, but a few that were late 20s, early 30s. That's likely just reflective of my location, 40 wouldn't have mattered if they were fine.

I was 17, and she was closer to 45-50. She was an angel, and I was crushed a few years ago when she passed away.

The librarian at my high school was hot. Well in hindsight she was the "hottest" female that worked there and I went to an all boys school.
