I'm usually in the religion hating group on here but in all seriousness pope francis is going to be one of the all time greats if he really is walking the walk like he talks the talk.
Of course my comment was intended as sarcasm.
I'm not Catholic and have lots of disagreements with what Catholicism teaches. But I think Pope Francis is a warm, open-hearted leader.
Most of what he does is because (I believe) he needs to be around people, and new ones on a regular basis. Living in the Papal apartments wouldn't allow that (he'd see the same people every day). But residing in St. Martha's House (which is a combo apartment complex and hotel) allows him to do that, especially the morning Mass and communal meals.
