Scientists discover superconducting material that could bring total revolution in energy and electronics
Previous similar study drew scepticism – but scientists say they have now proven that and more

Scientists may have devised a way to make a more practical room-temperature superconductor, according to a new paper published this month in Nature. It’s a bold claim, as the quest to create a superconductor that works under more practical conditions has been exceptionally difficult.

Navy’s Advanced Aerospace Tech Boss Claims Key ‘UFO’ Patent Is Operable
Navy officials claim their radical electromagnetic and superconductor technologies aren’t theoretical, they’re already operable in some form.

Last month, The War Zone reported on a series of strange patent applications the U.S. Navy has filed over the last few years and questioned what their connections may be with the ongoing saga of Navy personnel reporting incidents involving unidentified objects in or near U.S. airspace. We have several active Freedom of Information Act requests with the Department of Navy to pursue more information related to the research that led to these patents. As those are being processed, we've continued to dig through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Public Patent Application Information Retrieval database to get as much context for these patents as possible.
In doing so, we came across documents that seem to suggest, at least by the Navy's own claims, that two highly peculiar Navy patents, the room temperature superconductor (RTSC) and the high-energy electromagnetic field generator (HEEMFG), may in fact already be in operation in some manner. The inventor of the Navy's most bizarre patent, the straight-out-of-science fiction-sounding hybrid aerospace/underwater craft, describes that craft as leveraging the same room temperature superconductor technology and high energy electromagnetic fields to enable its unbelievable speed and maneuverability. If those two technologies are already operable as the Navy claims, could this mean the hybrid craft may also already operable or close to operable? Or is this just more evidence that the whole exotic 'UFO' patent endeavor on the Navy's behalf is some sort of ruse or even gross mismanagement of resources?

Scientists have discovered an enzyme that converts air into electricity, potentially unlocking a near-limitless source of clean energy. A team from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, found that a hydrogen-consuming enzyme from a common soil bacterium was able to generate an electrical current using the atmosphere as an energy source

It's Friday, it's raining, I'm high and I ain't got shite else to do, thanks baw.
Got any videos I can watch on this?

"And knowledge shall increase" (Biblical). I view this stuff as - hopefully/prayerfully - the technological basis for a utopian "Millennial Kingdom", 'Heaven on Earth', with Jesus as the "chief cornerstone", TP. When people will live to be 700 and the "swords shall be hammered into plow shears" with "the lion laying down by the lamb". Metaphors, but with a point.
My fear is that there is going to be a dog fight over who controls these powers, establishes the cultural paradigm and shapes the lives and souls of Humanity. I think we'll know a lot in the next few years.
Lord have mercy.

I remember the Navy engineer.
He disappeared.
He disappeared.

I love Friday TPA threads.
Unfortunately, i have to work way too damn early tomorrow so i won't be able to spend my usual hours going down the rabbit hole on this tonight.

We will all be dead and gone before anything like this makes it to the private sector.

As soon as I read that portion, my mind went to that Navy patent.

After seeing the results of free, instant information bring available 24/7, I'm a little nervous about free energy. Society seems to need a level of stress to function.

To work, the material still requires being heated to 20.5 degrees Celsius and compressed to about 145,000 psi.
20.5 degrees Celsius is not an issue. That is room temperature.
145,000 psig is an issue. A steel chamber will not work. Would have to be a composite of some type to get these kind of pressures and still maintain pressure chamber integrity.

It works but issue is you are using gasoline for electrolysis via the alternator to split H2O into H2 and O2 (which are very combustionable) and sucked back into the engine via the air intake. Still a net loss.

No doubt all those UFOs are US military dark projects.

Superconductivity research has been ongoing for over 100 years now.
I have been hearing that a break-through is 'just right around the corner' for as long as I can remember.
Its the same thing with fusion power. It's been researched for decades with no real break-through yet but just a 'few' more years and it will be attained.
It's kinda like the old prospector who has been digging for gold for decades who believes he is just about to hit it big only to die a pauper.
After years of seeing the next 'big thing', only to fizzle out, I am hugely skeptical of seeing break-through in fusion energy and superconductivity.
Its the same with solar and wind power.
Untold hundreds of billions of $$$ have been extorted from us, you & I the good ole American taxpayer, to chase after rainbows.
It's almost like the governments They really don't want to solve problems, they want to keep the masses perpetually down and dependent, on them.
That keeps them in power and incredibly wealthy beyond most dreams.
We used to have a saying in construction work, don't work yourself out of a job.
Look, not trying to be a Debbie-Downer here but lets be realistic.
The 'researchers' are riding the gravy-train of government subsidies into studies and grants.
Yes, absolutely, positively, we need to keep pushing hard on research, not just on superconductivity, fusion power, even solar, but the line has to be drawn somewhere.
There needs to some sort of 'X-prize' offered for actual break-throughs.
