The Clinton who needs to be in this thread is the dumbass also known as Slick Willie. That deal he cut with North Korea in 1994 was horrible. He even let NK keep their nuclear rods. Of course, Bubba goes on national television & declares that he has struck a deal which will keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of North Korea forever.
I hope the same scenario doesn't play out with Iran in 5-10 years.

So would I. You know what's really crazy? Pence is a guy who couldn't have started from scratch & ever had a chance of winning the Presidency. For at least 2 reasons; (1) he would've been seen as far too conservative, especially on social issues. The MSM would've targeted him, which leads me to the second reason why Pence couldn't have started from scratch, which is (2) His personality would not have been strong enough to overcome the media's negativity.
But now, because Trump picked Pence, he won't have to start from scratch. If the Trump Administration is even reasonably successful, Mike Pence could easily be the frontrunner in either 2020 or 2024.
