If anyone cares to read the article carefully, Pelosi puts plenty of blame on the Palestinians and says that she thinks Hamas actually is a terrorist organization and she has discussed that with the Quataris.

In her defense though, she's a politician and that usually makes one a liar and not overly bright.

I don't like Pelosi, believe me.
But she does have a large number of voters who are Palestinian or of Palestinian descent. So that may create a little softening of rhetoric.
But she did make it clear she was dealing with the Quataris as intermediaries. She also criticized Hamas' tactics.
I just think in some posters' zeal, they pull out some really tenuous stuff to post. There's plenty of substantive info and news for both sides to find.

If anyone thinks that Qatar will intervene or tell Hamas to cool it, think again. Qatar is a MAJOR source of funding & support for Hamas.
