what is infuriating to me isnt so much the charge (which is absolute bullshite, but whatever), it's the fact that we all know that if a Satanic oppressed minority had torn down a Christian monument of some type they would never in a million years be charged with a felony hate crime.

Felony hate crime is a bit different than a simple destruction of properly charge, wouldn’t you say? One is draconian the other is appropriate. It’s not like the Leftist shitbags that wipe out Nativity scenes at the local church get charged with hate crimes.

I agree with this Buuuuttt
We all know the unequal application of the law is the real problem. If you have certain political beliefs (D) and act upon those beliefs in the destruction of personal property you're more likely to be excused for your behavior then if you have political opinions that differ from those.
