The Life is Beautiful concert is a much bigger crowd than the one he hit.
The condo building he allegedly tried to rent is the tall one dead center in this picture. This would have been a much better vantage point, offering more victims and closer firing range.
It said "multiple" because he probably tried to rent from several owners but couldn't find one open.
