Well, you have a couple of choices:

No prosecutor is going to pursue indictment of a sitting President for acts committed while President.
What is your alleged act of obstruction? Firing Comey, right? A non-political appointee recommended that firing. Multiple DEMS called for his firing during the HRC debacle. He deserved to be fired. The President is somewhat famous for firing people. The President is free to fire the FBI Director for cause or for no cause. Same power he has over cabinet level officials or other appointed individuals of the executive branch, not otherwise protected by MSB protections.
What else have you got?

That’s factually incorrect. Comey said she committed a crime, they just weren’t charging her for it, due to it being incompetence at best.
I can’t speak for the report but if you didn’t commit a crime you can’t really obstruct.
Now it could be that Trump’s obstruction made them unable to prove home of collusion. That’s totally possible but Mueller made note that anything that could have looked like “obstruction” was done in the public eye.
Meaning he didn’t secrectly fire comey or McCabe. He did it in plain sight.

She set up an illegal email server to circumvent FOIA requests. Why would she do that? What would she need to hide a SOS? That is absolutely a crime and she then destroyed evidence once she was under investigation. The FBI also allowed her to choose which emails to turn over. Must be fricking nice to have a partisan FBI/DOJ working for you.
