Couple of hours until polls close
Establishment man Luther Strange vs Firebrand Roy Moore
Polls favor Moore by 8-15 points
Private polling has race closer
Interesting night awaits!

I didn't vote. I just couldn't bring myself to vote for either. My husband voted Moore for the triggering.

Secretary of State made a statement earlier saying the predictions of a 12% turnout were probably accurate. No indication of a huge swing of turnout which would be more favorable for Luther.
The precincts to watch early are the Birmingham OTM areas and Mobile/Baldwin Counties. If Luther is struggling in those areas early on, then we'll know that we will have an early night. Conversely, if Moore is struggling in North Alabama, we might have a race on our hands.
If Moore loses, it would be a major upset. Strange has positioned himself to have the most expensive political loss in Alabama history. Jeb must be his idol because his campaign was a carbon copy of Jeb's campaign. Meanwhile Moore is pandering to voters by riding horses, brandishing firearms meant for women, and scaring people that there's Sharia Law in parts of the US.
We really know how to pick'em in Alabama....

Roy Moore win would be crushing defeat for McConnel and Trump

Judge Moore is gonna win easily. Next Senator for the great state of Alabama!!!

Agree the lower turnout is a good sign for Stange.

Polls not closed.
You see no returns because all precincts still voting.

How can it be the same for both?

Voted for Moore simply because it was the lesser of 2 evils and it is a fast ball at McConnell's chin
Love Trump! and Liberals Dickacrats

Doing more research, I’m gonna have to go with Moore. I didn’t realize he had endorsements from Ingraham, Hannity, Bannon, Carson, and Coulter.

Held my nose and voted for Moore; just couldn't get past Strange's deal with the luv guv. Talk about a conflict of interest.
Also, McConnell's PAC pouring millions into the race, while trying to paint Moore as anti-MAGA was insulting to my intelligence. Please.
Like everybody's saying, it's a shame these two were our choices.

And after the general election there will be another democrat in the senate.
