It occurred to me that having Obama as our President at this point in History is like when you were in college and had old bald tires on your car. You could get away with that as long as you were just going back and forth to class.....but eventually, you were going to have to use your car for something a little more rigorous....and then you were screwed!

...now it may be OK to let this assclown of a jackass human filth be President when the world is calm and un-eventful....but guess what boys and girls....world events have conspired to expose Obama as the empty suit he really is....Hope and change people...you are about to reap what you have sewn....at this point in world history...the United States and the World needs the leader of the free world to be a strong and wise leader...instead, we have our first affirmative action president and the United States and the World will pay the price!!

I absolutely cannot wait for the Blame Bush whiners to magically shut up about Obama as soon as he's out of office since you can't complain about the previous president once a new one is elected.

...typical of the "never take responsibility for your own actions" crowd. Your screw ups are always some one else's fault.

...cue up ANY of Obama's speeches....and you'll see that attitude in action.

Ah so - then you have been stupid for a long long time, not just for the past few years.

What?

The point was that so many people whine about Obama and Democrats blaming Bush.

Do you honestly think that Republicans won't blame Obama for everything once he's out of office?

Do you honestly think there isn't a lot to blame him for?

I had a set of Kenyan made radials in college. Only used them to drive to the golf course. The spare was a bald Delaware rain tire I had plugged numerous times.

Bad analogy. Even worn out tires can go in the right direction.

Obama is more like a steering wheel locked at hard left.

Oh, so you're whining about other people whining about your fellow whiners?

I mean, it HAS been almost 6 years. At what point DOES the guy start accepting responsibility?

Funny. Your precious Dems didn't think so. In fact they were racing to the nearest microphone to jump on the bandwagon until it wasn't politically expedient anymore.

Bush's biggest mistake was thinking that everybody wants freedom from oppression. After two Obama victories, I don't believe this anymore either.

That's not the point.

I'm pointing out that, in order to avoid being hypocrites, conservatives can't blame Obama after he leaves office.

Dude Bush sucked. To understand a problem you have to know how it started. A LOT of the problems we are facing were started during the Bush years. BO has definitely made them incredibly worse and is a much worse potus. Doesn't change the fact that the bush years were god awful.

It's no reason to use it as an excuse. But like I said, lot of problems we are seeing were started during the bush years; and made worse during BO years.

Either a lot of people will refrain from one day blaming Obama, or they'll look awfully hypocritical.

Completely agree. If you want the job then you inherit whatever came before (for good or ill). Completely bush league when you do it (pun intended for your entertainment value).

Now, honest question (because I obviously see this differently), when in your lifetime have you seen a sitting Republican president publicly criticize the Democrat who preceded him? Please, some specific, documented examples. For context;

Eisenhower - Truman
Nixon - Johnson
Reagan - Carter
Bush - Clinton

Go!
