Well, since courts have ruled that subjects in custody can't give consent for police to search their property/vehicles (as it is a coercive encounter), it would logically follow that subject couldn't agree to consensual sex under the same circumstances.

I guess I'm not one to judge because times have changed. I got a Centenary Alum Mag today in the mail. They had a photo of the freshmen class. There were at least 20 obese girls. I took out my old yearbook from my freshman year there. There were no girls who were overweight much less obese.

Only about 1/4 of my class was from north La. And there weren't any fatties there in the 60s. But there are a ton of them there right now.
