Social media loses its mind.

The New York Times caused an avalanche of social media anger on Sunday after publishing a report finding that the happiest of all American wives consider themselves religious conservatives.
A New York Times Opinion tweet said, "It turns out that the happiest of all wives in America are religious conservatives, followed by their religious progressive counterparts."
The report, titled, "The Ties That Bind: Is Faith a Global Force for Good or Ill in the Family?" from the Institute for Family Studies and the Wheatley Institution, found that women who report above-average satisfaction with their marriages are religious conservative women.
A portion of the op-ed, which was co-authored by three researchers, stated, "Fully 73 percent of wives who hold conservative gender values and attend religious services regularly with their husbands have high-quality marriages."

The Kingdom of God is a matter of righteousness, peace & joy that can only be provided by the Father.

There is a direct cause and effect relationship with death of religion in developed countries the rise of mental illness and depression.
Religion gives people a sense of community, belonging, and hope.
Atheism is fundamentally nihilistic. People with no purpose, no meaning, and no hope tend to fall into despair.

The progressive SJW types are clearly absolutely miserable people. Bitter, angry, and resentful about everything.
Subconsciously they are trying to make everyone else as miserable as they are.

They're literally pissed that other people are happy

Replacing your faith in God for secular leftist politicians masquerading as agents of social justice and morality is a slow, hollow and meaningless means to an end of existence.

Because they don’t do anal. Or lesbian. Or gang-bangs. Or all the fun stuff. They take the money, spend it. Give a half-arse birthday blowjob and that’s it.
frick that. Take your happy wife.
I’m fricking unhappy girlfriends everyday of the fricking week!

There is a HUGE correlation between religious observation and reported levels of happiness
The reason is simple: an atheist, by the very definition of the word, does not see himself as having a higher purpose or greater standing than a biological, irrelevant animal.
There is a reason atheist high schoolers are far more likely to be outcasts who suffer from mental issues and anxiety.
Think back to your own high school. Think of the emo atheists who had their own group, had pale skin, were completely unable to function as socially productive young adults. They devoted their lives to magic the gathering and DD, and had constant Dorito residue on their fingertips.
These were not healthy people.

Tradition was tradition for a reason. It worked. It reflected what we wanted. And what what we needed.

I'm not even Christian but anybody that has to brag about fricking on a internet message board, hasn't fricked anyone in a long time.

Which explains why they embraced a nihilistic ideology.

Kind of a goofy stat given that they are far more likely to be married in general :lol;

I have recently gone from atheist to "there is something out there" but reject organized religion outside of the golden rule that it provides.
Self discovery and relationship to whatever created the universe is super important to mental health. I agree. Inward thinking, which prayer and meditation provide, is invaluable and our society constantly pulls us away from it.

LOL, no doubt. You can just observe how perpetually angry liberal women are and know this. Obviously liberal men just don't know how to find the spot. If ya know what I mean
