That's the problem - they were "proven" untrue by officials involved or blackmailed to "prove" them untrue. Sure some of it was hype by teens, but the hype was started by truth. The McMartin daycare people really did rape kids.

I could list officials all day long who have been charged with possession of child porn - not teens - infants and toddlers. Many of them have been charged with raping a child. Here's the latest official that comes to mind, a Mayor who was accused of rape and sodomy in the 80s yet went on to run for and become Mayor in 2015 and was just found with child porn.
