#BREAKING North Korea accuses CIA of plot to assassinate Kim Jong-Un

#NorthKorea threaten to launch attacks against the intelligence agencies of South Korea and the United States

#KimJongUn security has been doubled in recent months.

North Korea's leader has visited military detachments on two islets off the southwest front, saying that the country is considering a plan to strike South Korea, Pyongyang's state media said Friday.

Kim Jong-un inspected the military units on Jangjae and Mu islets, which are located not far from South Korea's front-line Yeongpyeong Island, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

North Korea shelled Yeongpyeong Island in November 2010, leaving four people, including two civilians, dead. The shelling marked the first North Korean artillery attack on South Korea since the 1950-53 Korean War.

The KCNA said that Kim looked at the South Korean island at an observation post on Jangjae Islet, calling for combat readiness against its enemy.

After taking a report about South Korean military's movements, Kim "acquainted and examined the plan for fire strike of the newly organized forces at the objects of the enemy," the report said in English.

A South Korean military source said that Kim is believed to have visited the islets Thursday on a small vessel.

North Korea is known to deploy multiple rocket launchers and artillery pieces on the two islets. There is an artillery unit on Mu Islet, which attacked Yeongpyeong Island in 2010.

The inspection came amid heightened tensions on the Korean Peninsula over North Korea's possible provocations.

?The move is seen as aiming to counter the South Korean military's boosting of combat readiness on islands in waters off the western coast.

A South Korean Marine Corps commander inspected front-line troops near the tense Western maritime border Thursday, saying that any provocations by North Korea will be retaliated against.

A set of front-line islands lie just below the Northern Limit Line (NLL), the de facto sea border with North Korea, near which bloody skirmishes between the two Koreas took place in recent years

Get ready to ATTACK’ See through Kim's eyes as he tells North Korea to be ‘combat ready’

quote:

The dictator ordered his military to be “combat ready” as he visited the frontline with South Korea yesterday.

He inspected units on the islands of Jangjae and Mu – just a stone’s throw from the South Korean island of Yeongpyeong.

State-controlled propaganda organ KCNA said Kim looked at Yeongpyeong, which North Korea shelled in 2010, from Jangjae Islet.

IMO China is backing him into a corner, so you never know what he'll do.

Yeah that's true. He may feel he has nothing left because of the situation he created with China. If he preemptively struck South Korea, that would be game over for DPRK.

North Korea is a cyst that has to be popped eventually.

It's not going to be pretty no matter how it goes down. Hopefully as few innocent people die as possible.

He's psychotic ... a pathological sociopath, so there's no telling what he'll do.

With that said, he's done stuff like this before, so did his father. He's playing out of an old playbook where he lobs something our way or does something provocative and then dares us to retaliate.

We never do - and I can remember his father having one of our soldiers chopped to pieces one time - Carter didn't do a thing. They've been doing this stuff forever. I mean Clinton and Obama never sent a message either ...

... now, this is the first time I can really remember it getting this tense under a Republican admin so this could get interesting.

It's past time really.

As a resident devils advocate, if he's never going to do something, why even retaliate to empty threats? The entire earth knows we could turn that place into a looking glass but is it not better to avoid innocent lives lost until they actually have something worthy of coming near us? Seems to me that getting 10000 North Koreans to get together and throw the bomb at someone is their most affective threat right now.

Effective :(

Do what? What was done about that?More sanctions?

That fat kid doesn't care about sanctions. He's fat in a Country of starving people.

His military is the only Poker Hand that he's got.I hope he's not crazy enough to go All In.

Seems like this kid is a true wackadoodle who wants to cement his place in history, one way or the other.

It's really difficult to figure how Jong-un thinks especially not knowing how China is handling him behind the scenes.

I read a Global Security piece on him recently and they seem to believe this kid is really mentally unstable but worse, he's got some real wackadoodle types around him whereas his father and grandfather had some relatively sane people around them.

That may be the difference before all is said and done.

That was Clinton's answer.

I agree that Lil' Kim is a whack job. It's pretty hard to predict what he'll do.He'll do anything to stay in power.

My guess is that he thinks that if he shows any sign of weakness then his grip on power won't be as strong. Some General just might decide to end his reign.

China is backing him into a corner threatening him if he starts trouble, so he is indicating that he is going to start trouble? Sounds like his line of thinking. If he starts trouble, he will have SK, US and China coming after him.

China is taking away things from him, he doesn't want to look weak, so he does something big to show he's strong, even though his show of strength will bring hell upon him from US, ROK, and China... but maybe he honestly thinks they can beat anyone... or maybe he'd rather die looking strong, rather than live looking weak in his view.

Do they EVER get tired of flexing in the mirror? I know we over-use "cuck" a lot, but I mean damn....

I like when old people say - "shite or get off the pot".

That's the concern with this escalation strategy - if Kim is going to be removed than logically speaking since he doesn't value human life and he knows that everybody else does, he may as well threaten to take a ton of people with him
