Farage, like nationalism, is smart, rational, and logical. I fear he gives Europeans too much credit.

I've hitch-hiked all across Europe and my opinion is that their psyches have been damaged by the socialism since the war...jmho

They are so damaged in Europe.
And no wonder Germany became a disaster of liberalism.
When I was in Germany, you couldn't even say Hitler's name...even as "man, Hitler was really bad."
Everybody would look around and say "shh, shh, shh" at the bars.
Such a neutered nation.
The West really did a number on Europe after the war...and the East did their part as well. The real victim of WWII was obviously Europe as a continent and their identity as people.
And no wonder Germany became a disaster of liberalism.
