As best I can tell whoever is advising Goodell in this crisis is leading him down the road to even more ruin.
They are trying their damnedest to just ignore the anthem issue, score media PR points by virtue signalling and attack Trump and just pray everything magically goes away.
I love seeing this shite storm blow up in their faces.
The NFL is destroying their reputation the same way ESPN did it. They will forever be seen as a left wing politically tainted organization.

I'm done with the nfl. I have the sunday ticket free with dirctv...cancelling it tomorrow.

For anyone else with NFL related subscription services, I would strongly encourage people to call and cancel them.
When you cancel it, remember to tell the person you are speaking with specifically why you are cancelling it too.

You're so right. Trump holds no responsibility at all for being the most impotent president in history even with his party controlling both houses of congress, and starting shite with athletes is totally an excellent use of his time even as his agenda crumbles and he faces a nuclear crisis on the Korean peninsula.
