Complete confiscation is where the debate should lie.
That would be fair and honest.
All this other crap like 'common sense gun control' is merely a cover. Just be honest, confiscation is the goal so let's have that debate.

Where I agree with your sentiment, no reason to push that debate into the light speed time frame. If they think we will humor that argument, it gives them a MAJOR leg up on everything.
Controlling the narrative is more important. Lies and bs is apparently essential on both sides for us to retain the 2A as fully as we have so far.

I think all semi autos are. I think bolt action with limited capacity is ok if you have a permit and it's registered. Don't quote me on that, though.
