I would say this indicates Trump is not a sexist. He thinks women are perfectly capable of getting out of a car and walking up stairs on their own.
Could you imagine the feminist uproar if he had gone and opened her car door for her and helped her up the stairs?

For people who actually watched it, they all turned to go in, and Obama first puts his hand on Trump's back to usher him inside and turns to do the same for Melania as Michelle is doing it too (as mosts hosts would do when welcoming in guests to their house). I love Facebook memes so ridiculous.
