I don't blame Trump for the mess on the border. That's a problem that goes back decades and has been championed by assholes on the Left and (supposed) Right.
But I do hold Trump accountable for not finishing the wall. Because he didn't. We can argue about excuses for that, but the simple fact is the wall is not complete as promised.

I don't get this spin. It has been obvious that the Republicans wanted to pass this but Trump told them not to so Biden can't have a "win".
Even if this is not everything Republicans want, why not pass it as it is, if nothing else, a step in the right direction. And then add on to it later if you get a chance. Why do nothing for another year?
