Just got word that my wife and I good friend's cousin and his wife are both missionary workers who are stranded in Kabul and no one has been able to reach them. What a terrible situation.

I’ll pray for them. They are going to need them if the Taliban know who they are and why they are there.

Damn , I hope for them that they learned enough on who to trust and try not riding it out . As their belief in humanity is awesome they need to exit to carry on with their collective goodness at a different time

I don’t even want to say what I heard they are doing to Christians.

I hope they remain safe, but you misspelled “idiots”.

Out of all the places in the world, they decide to do missionary work in Afghanistan. Leave the the hell them alone.

The Taliban will do the wife missionary style IMO

Seems the edge lords are out in full force.

Best of luck to your friend's cousin/wife. Imagine its extremely scary for them.

That's a terrible situation to be in but it's also the risk one runs when they go into a hotspot like that to do missionary work. I hope and pray they make it out safely but I also hope they put their affairs in order before they left.

It is about where the mission program chooses to send them.

The former head pastor at our church had a daughter in one of those programs. He couldn’t say where she was while she was doing it because she could have been executed for it. It wasn’t Afghanistan but somewhere else in the vicinity of the ME, IIRC.

Whoa..."missionary workers" won't be big on Biden's list of Americans whose freedom will have to be PAID FOR. Pray for your friends over there; the Islamist impose Capital Crime punishment for Christians. Of course they'll take the $.

No need for them to ever have been there. Animals can’t receive salvation.

Some will but prepare to die for the faith and Jesus himself when sent to places like that.

There are none who are too sinful to be saved from their sins. That’s the hope that is found in Jesus Christ and it is exactly why Christians go all over the world preaching the message of hope to all peoples and nations.

Would you rather take your chances with the ME or China?
