MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski slammed Buzzfeed and CNN early Wednesday, stating both news outlets allowed "their bias get in the way of actually finding out what the facts are" regarding unverified new reports claiming Russia tried to compromise Donald Trump.
“When you can triple-source it, and you have evidence, then you have story. Right now there’s no story here," Brzezinski said on "Morning Joe."
"And I think the people who are going with it at this point — and even if we continue this conversation, we’re a part of it — but the two outlets [b]that are actually going with it and releasing it are continuing to make the same mistakes they made in the run-up to this election: which is to let their bias get in the way of actually finding out what the facts are and putting them out there," she concluded.

CNN published a story early Tuesday evening that intelligence officials provided a two-page dossier to Trump last week that included allegations of Russian operatives saying they had economic and personal information on Trump. CNN reported the two-page dossier was also provided to President Obama and a small group of lawmakers with jurisdiction over highly classified material.
NBC News reported on Wednesday, however, that the two-page dossier was included in briefing documents but that no papers were handed to Trump. This leaves it unclear whether any information on the dossier was actually provided to Trump.

Trump said yesterday that he's not interested in "reforms"; he just wants reporters to be honest. I'm hoping him calling out the networks like CNN will continue to cause such an uproar that they are forced to police themselves.

Buzzfeed and CNN have White House Press credentials. They should be given to something more reputable, like National Inquirer or US Weekly.

Different entities entirely though...with clearly different standards.
That said, NBC's Dateline has a long history of biased, dishonest reporting. If I'm not mistaken, they actually used explosives to make a pickup truck crash test more scary for their viewers.

Shockingly, MSNBC has seemed to have gone sane after the election unlike most of their counterparts. Didn't see that one coming.

Trump will preside as President over the period of time history will remember as the downfall of the Progressive movement.
The next 8 years are going to be glorious. I don't think enough popcorn exists for me to adequately enjoy all this winning we're about to experience at the expense of progressives.
