If we can't trust the media to tell the truth on anything why would we take them by their word that they're good people? And why would we trust them to report the muslims here acurately? And why would we trust the corrupt politicians? I sure as hell wouldn't trust any of them.

I'm not speaking for anyone else in the thread. The West (as we use the term) is in a war for survival against a de facto caliphate - one that is growing and expanding as we speak. I'm in favor of maintaining secular Western countries with traditions of the rule of law, rights for women, "democracy" not stained by 7th Century Bedouin superstitions and religious practices that were outdated a 1000 years ago.
So, my solution is to hold the line against Sharia and Muslim encroachment into any area outside of North Africa, SW Asia, Pakistan and Indonesia. In other words, "Status Quo Antebellum."
