An official at Mizzou indicated during a deposition that a male student who was physically larger than the female student he asked out may have violated the school’s Title IX policy because his physical size gave him “power over her.”

Regardless of the nitwit academics who who found that a man's size is sufficient to bring him within the ambit of CRR 200.010.C.7.b.1 if the woman he asks out is physically smaller than he is.
I find the woman Cajun woman responsible for this even getting to the point of filing a complaint against him. Looks like Louisiana kicked her arse out to the curb and sent her packing to Mizzu for a reason because this complaint was idiotic.

It killed so many men’s sports programs while I was in school. Ended up taking the program I was a part of down 2 years after I graduated. I thought that was a problem.
As an adult and seeing how else Title IX has been applied, I’m even more appalled.
