That was a difficult to interpret video. If we have the actual capacity to get a missile deployed to strike a car bomber before the bomb goes off, that serious technology.
But I don't think I saw a missile come in to the scene.
ETA: I watched it again and did not see any indication that a missile struck that car.

Apparently the missile hit one car bomb which caused the second car to fly into the air where it then exploded:

And the very first jihadi pilot was discovered.

Cars generally do not spontaneously explode, fly what looks like over 100 feet in the air, then explode again.

Of course there was an explosion that sent the car into the air. What I'm saying is that something coming from above should be seen on such a wide angle distant shot. It looks more like a ground level explosion sent the car flying up, where it exploded. The second explosion could have been a bomb or it could have been the gas tank. I'm ok with the assertion that it was a car bomb because I wouldn't know the difference anyway.
But as for the assertion that some kind of guided missile struck the car at ground level without leaving a visible trace of its rocket propellant or so much as a puff of smoke in the air above the strike is highly doubtful.
