My only quibble is that he took one sentence to blame the guns - other than that, I agree with him 100%.

I think the comment about guns was more of a "better armed" group of killers than blaming guns.

I'd love to work for a guy like that. It's obvious he believes in accountability. Officers, the department, murderers, and communities should all be accountable for their actions and that is what makes things better for everyone.
