He goes on thirty minutes into the show for three segments. He explains why he voted the way he did. I understood it, and believed him. Then is answer on Ukraine made me think he made all of it up. It is worth a listen.

Do they have replays available of his shows? I've never looked.

Does Moon post on TD Poli Talk? Seems like some of his talking points have a little TD flavor to them.

I didn't know what to think of him at first, but if he passes Ukraine aid so we can finish cleaning out the old toys of the USSR and pivot our national security to the Pacific he will go down as my favorite since Newt.

Then he's a fricking idiot. This is like your wife demanding you give her shitty brother $5,000 for a "new" car while you're unemployed, about to be evicted from your home and $250k in debt.

We're currently amassing an extra $1T in debt roughly every quarter and continuing to borrow more each year while only servicing the ever-increasing interest.

I can't say it any more plainly than: We. Don't. Have. The. fricking. Money. Any. Longer.

Anyone who doesn't see that, or just refuses to, cannot legitimately call themselves a fiscal conservative.

Nah, we aren't even close to Japan or Italy levels of GDP to Debt ratios and we can print the world's reserve currency (unlike them). We got plenty of money for this.

I do think we need to shore up our budgets long-term but that is all fixing entitlements like SS and Medicare, Ukraine is a drop in the bucket compared to that. Talking tens of trillions vs not even a trillion.

In fact "spending" on Ukraine probably increases our GDP (therefore helping that ratio) as we dump Cold War era shite into that theater and replace it with brand new shite made by American companies. Let them have F16s with tons of hours on the airframes or Gulf War missiles, within ten years we have to pay to decommission that shite if we don't dump it in Ukraine.

The best money American has spent in my lifetime is in Ukraine as far as making us safer. We have discovered during the conflict that our Patriot defense systems can beat the best the Russians have, and they have basically blown through all of their best tanks and fighters. That sort of real world testing is priceless, it shows we can completely pivot to China being enemy number 1 without fear.

Eventually Ukraine will be a waste of money, but not during the war. It will be after the war when they want aid to rebuild. At that point fricking Germany (who has mostly sat on their hands with giving weapons) can either step up or deal with a humanitarian crises on their doorstep.

Yeah I support the MIC its the last pillar of American society that hasn't eroded to the point we can't lean on it anymore.

The Ukraine War is showing our military is 30 years ahead of any of the planet, that is our best chance to prevent a war the next 30 years is to keep up that gap.

Im pretty much off his bandwagon, but it's the horse leading the show at the moment so I pray he figures out how to man up sooner than later.

Iay have heard wrong but I think he's about to start a weekly update radio show. Don't know the deets though.

He’s an absolute disaster when the opposition is in power.

He might be ok if Republicans have power…because there’s a belief that he’s just a weak pushover.

At some point, he needs to be replaced.

We need a wartime consigliere.

I'm not sure if that's a shot at Moon or Hannity, but it hits the mark either way.
