I'm not saying that it is. I'm saying that no one is proposing solutions. Is there a border bill anywhere in the House or Senate? I'm not aware of one. HR2 (1? I don't remember which it was) isn't getting on the Senate floor. Has he tried to make any sort of concessions to get a decent bill passed.

Compromise is how you run a country with 330 million people of differing opinions. What are the odds right now that the Republicans are going to secure the White House and majorities in both houses of Congress? Incremental progress beats no progress.

I took this to mean Trump as he certainly backed/still backs Johnson.
