Michael Berry shooting himself in the foot

Can someone get this clown off of my radio? I remember hearing him during the Election say that Trump voters "knew nothing of moral decency" because I assume he was still suffering 3rd degree butt hurt about Cruz. Guy had Glen Beck syndrome if even only a mild case.
Quit listening then but decided to give him another chance and I swear to God he is still being a petulant child. Didn't talk about the state of the Union in the opening segment and then brough on some guy named Trumpkin Tom for the second.
In short, used to enjoy the cat but just can't take him seriously anymore. Just can't believe he's so entrenched in the never trump crowd given his listening demographics

I don't like him either but he never bashed homosexuals other than activists. He's certainly on the more libertarian side of the isle.

I was in Houston last week for meetings and a client told me I needed to go to Redneck Country Club. He said it was really fun and is owned by some talk show guy named Michael Berry. We went and it was really cool joint with great live music and great homemade flavored moonshines. Now I know who Michael Berry is.....apparently a never trump team member. Well, at least he has a cool bar.

When I lived in the Houston area years ago, I liked him. I hear him now when I go to Houston once every couple of months. Seems like he is trying to make his show more of a social chat show than political discussion. And he plays way too much music. Sometimes you can go for an hour and be lucky to hear one caller with a political topic.
What I have heard is a mixed bag - anti-trump and anti-DEM.

I listen to him about 3 times a week on my long drives. He is a big Cruz supporter but has been extremely positive about Trump since the election. Many times he has said that Trump's cabinet is the best he has ever seen. You just caught one of his satirical skits. I heard it also.

I didn't listen today, but he has defended Trump a ton since the election, and definitely is back to shitting on liberals who rail against Trump for stupid reasons.
If he defends Trump and slams him at the right times, I think he's doing a good job. Of course full blown trumpkins will cry every time it's the latter.
