No. New York city is probably the most difficult place to secure in the world. If you have them in a relatively centralized location then the concentration of security will be easier to maintain. Logistics are probably the most important aspect of security and New York or multiple locations make that nearly impossible. This is why you are seeing a record number of agents either retiring or transferring to other agencies. It's not worth the headache.
