Liberals don't like her because of her affiliation with Fox News. Conservatives don't want to watch that network just to see her. It's a lose-lose for her. She brings nothing to the table to attract new viewers.

I would wager a lot of people who did watch her never watch NBC, so they never saw any ads, and they did not care enough to put any effort into finding her.

Her leaving fox and expecting to keep her high numbers is laughable.
She's a product of the system. At least she made some $$$ to go. If anything it shows how much half the country distrusts and dislikes the fake media. Very little of her viewership followed her.
