I think Amash is referring to the reports that Rosenstein refused to answer the question of who told him to write the memo.
Which seems really odd because only two people could've told him that.

This is really funny considering how many people have testified or made statements saying they have seen zero evidence. Yet somehow we are supposed to believe there was a cover up of a crime that was never committed.

For example, how many threads have been started to discuss Comey’s testimony that he didn't believe there was any obstruction from the DOJ?
Even if we dismiss that the line of questioning was specific to the DOJ, the events of the past week are somehow ignored as if they may not change the Response to that statement.
