Lumumba avoided the runoff with 54% of the vote. Incumbent got 5%.
We're about to find out the answer to the question: Can Jackson get any shittier?
How about some class warfare and kill whitey from a Black Panther that wants to make Jackson the capital of the New African Republic. He's going to take the shitty part of Louisiana as well.

Who is going to pay the taxes for all the welfare once the whites move away? Can you name one place on the planet with an overwhelming majority of blacks, and run by black leaders, that is doing well?

For six months. He did a ton of irreversible damage in those six months though. Then he died and his son lost a special election to a preacher. That preacher had about a dozen sexual misconduct lawsuits filed against him, and had his mortgage miraculously disappear. He got 5% tonight. So the son beat his arse tonight. The only hope was a semi competent state senator, who ended up with 23% of the vote.

I believe they think they are going to tax the shite out of white businesses. Ive seen a proposal to tax commuters that work in Jackson city limits but live in the suburbs.
