Poor dude looks way too much like Joe McCarthy to ever be president, but he's pretty funny sometimes. Video his campaign sent out.
Dems really think they have a chance with Beto. Dude's a loser. Ted's got that seat on lock. Try another state dems

I've had a lingering feeling that Ted might be the next USAG and that Trump was waiting for the midterms so the TX governor could appoint a replacement - assuming Ted beats Beto.

I've wanted Cruz on the SCOTUS if not POTUS - but a stint at AG would be good too.

Ted Cruz as AG would be a terrifying thought for the Deep State. They would burn Congress down before confirming him. If he would make it there wouldn't be enough Raid.

I liked Ted even when Trump was burying him in the primaries. I thought Trump was the better candidate, but still found Cruz to be good.

Ted Cruz was my primary pick, but you’re right, he would be a great POTUS, Coolidge-esque but he couldn’t get elected in this climate. He could’ve gotten more votes in ‘16 if he really went after Trump after the comments that were made.
He was made to be CJSCOTUS though.

If Cruz were to take over for Sessions...we'd see a REAL Department of JUSTICE. I.e., the Department, and either Party would be held to the standards that they enforce on the rest of us.

Cruz is maladjusted, and he has been universally disliked every place he goes. One of his college acquaintances said that Cruz brought up IQ scores within the first minute he met anyone.
