Make your prediction: Which direction will the democrats go?

Will they:
A. Move more to the left and go all-in on the social policy changes that seem to be alienating most middle class Americans.
B. Move to a more centrist position and try to get moderate Republicans on board.
C. There will be a split between the centrist and liberal factions which will lead to more potential vote-splitting (see Bernie v Hillary) and threats of independent candidacy.

They've already made the move. They're going to keep pandering to the Alt Left fringe idiots to keep from losing the Bernbots.

I'll take A for $1000, Alex.

Dems are done. There will be a split into a Socialist Democratic party and a moderate leaning party. Who knows? Trump may get tired of the Republican crap and start a centrist party in the middle that includes elements of libertarianism.

I think the try A up until the mid-terms, crash and burn again, then C happens.
The centrists will realize they need to move to the center.
The proggies will keep on proggying and say they need to be further left.

Will be interesting to see if any vote for the HealthCare Bill. I heard it said that once the *Obama* name is gone...they'll be far more likely to support fixes later on.
The real game is the Republican Right; Paul, Cruz, Rogers...and the Moderates like Collins. Tax Reform and Infrastructure is virtually on hold behind Healthcare Bill, and Trump WILL hang this around the neck of any Republican who breaks rank, and essentially shuts the whole Agenda down. I would not want to be in that limelight.

A. all day, every day.
The people that aren't being represented by the Fringe, will move elsewhere. They helped elect President Trump, and will continue to help people that represent some semblance of normalcy.
Most people don't want grown men walking into their daughter's restroom.

IMO, the Dims are in a bad spot. I think they need to shift towards the center but then there is that brain dead, left wing of the party that they cannot afford to alienate. I think the young, retarded, millennials would revolt if they sense the party shifting to center...which is what I hope happens. I love it when they eat their own

This has already been happening at warp speed.

They will choose A because it's the source of most of their fundraising and keeps their power consolidated in coastal cities. They will bank on voters holding their nose and voting against the GOP. Unless the GOP stops fricking around and actually works for the American people, history (08 and 12) may prove that to be a sound theory.

They will figure it out eventually. This reminds me of the "death throes" the GOP was in not all that long ago.
This stuff cycles. Grab what you can while you can.

As long as moneyed Uber Liberals continue to apply a choke hold on the Party, over Niagara Falls without a barrel.

Remember when the dems said that after the 2016 election that would be the death of the Republican party...ah those were the days.

They gone all in already. If they back out of A now (see their convention last year) it will lead to C.
They have to do A.

A.
It seems like they always say "so and so isn't left enough".

I see this all the time. My question is - where are the Bernbots gonna go if the dems go even semi-moderate.
