Other than his being a general a-hole, is there any reason we should be taking pleasure in this?

Is he "pro-squatter" or similarly politically aligned such that this would be a heaping helping of schadenfreude?

Property owners will be looking to the mafia instead of the police to protect their properties.

Yes he’s a Hillary Clinton loving liberal douchebag with TDS. This is great news. I love when liberal elites get a taste of the policies they vote for because they only think they will affect the plebs of their ideology.

I don't obsess over celebrity political stances, but I can't think of any political aspect of his public persona. He's been Michael Jordan-esque, now that I think about it.

In his personal life he's about hard work and a legit family man, so I imagine he'd be much more closely aligned with what we call conservative than liberal. However, he is also Scottish.

He's really not an a hole. He's really nice and gives a lot back to his community.

If Ramsey were smart he would have the place locked up and inaccessible from the outside. Wait until there is a large amount of squatters there, make sure that all ideas of utilities are off then board up and barricade the front door, back door and whatever doors they have. , board up and seal the windows on the outside on the first 2 floors.

You've just pulled a Sonny from Bronx Tale on them.

I don't understand. The article says that damaging the property would violate whatever rights they are claiming, and it says they glued locks and boarded windows.

How is that not damaging the property??

It seems like a certain underground cash based organization would be very helpful in situations like this. If only GR knew a guy who knows a guy.

I’m old enough to remember when they called it trespassing.

Well this isn't in America, and apparently there, it's not trespassing if it's not a residential building. Did you read the article?

Good, now Ramsay should come in and board them up from the outside. , place multiple padlocks on the doors on the outside. Board up all ingress and egress from the outsiside, set off the sprinkler system, then shut off the water and make the place a wet tomb until they beg to get out.

You want it, fine.

hmmmmmm. I have seen and heard several interviews where Gordon Ramsay praises Donald Trump. Not sure if your statement is accurate

Under my proposal, the squatters could stay. They just can't come and go as they please. If you want out, you can't get back in.
