Obama didn't wear a flag pin one day and we had a full blown threat level orange meltdown. I just want standards on both sides. It's kind of a disrespectful motion even if he didn't know the guy was disabled. Anyone with handicapped family will agree. I don't really care either way just want everyone to have the same outrage reaction level.

It's not a fact and it's backed up by Trump saying that and a bunch of Trump-obsessed people doing mental gymnastics to support a conclusion they'd believe regardless.
The difference is that I can at least admit that there is some chance Trump didn't know. I think it's really, really unlikely, but it's possible.
You won't find many PT Trump supporters willing to acknowledge he might have been fully aware.
