20 feet tall with razor wire to 40 feet and sensors 50 feet underground every 20 yards. cameras every 100 yards, remote drone control pad for launching kill shots or taco drops.

Just a cheap chain link fence with a few thousand volts and a few hundred amps going to it. That's all we need. Wouldn't be too expensive.

15 feet deep with ground shaking sensors, 22 feet high with razor wire..., high beam motion sensor lights with solar power, in certain areas it will be double fenced with a 3 foot gap in between to trap them.

$26.5B to build completely.

$1B annual maintenance cost.
