Isn’t she lucky it didn’t go any farther considering she was stone cold sober and Kav was blackout drunk, thus unable to consent. Wouldn’t she have assaulted him?

It’s not that complicated. A drunk person can’t consent to sex. Claiming assault would just be her cover story for hooking up with a drunk person. At best you have 2 people with a claim of unconsenting sex

Assuming it’s true, I’m supposed to judge a man 36 years later by his “highly inebriated” 17 year old self, in a situation where no clothes were removed and every other data point suggests behavior of the exact opposite.
