That taking a 10 to 12 year old as your "bride" is the same as pedophilia.

Well if she's post-pubescent it's technically ephebophilia or (eta) hebophilia if she's youngerish.

What are the circumstances and is it a fair trade? Are the girls being traded given equal value as the boys? We have to know theses things before we can show our outrage at this

Ephebophlia = mid to late pubescent teen
But I do support you in trying to clear up that someone being attracted to a 15 year old doesn't make them a pedophile, though it's still super creepy
ETA: While OP's terminology is inaccurate, I will sign on for saying it's extremely fricked up to have sex with a pre-teen, whether your creepy arse has married her or not.
