I can tolerate a decent countering argument.
Kagan pointed out that sleeping is a human necessity like breathing, you gotta let them sleep somewhere.
I can deal with that point, we can discuss that one.
But Sotomayor is an embarrassment. She’s not qualified to be where she is.

It’s not the sleeping that people have a problem with. It’s the aggressive begging and shitting in the street, or in the worst cases, when they rape or kill somebody.

Most of the homeless admit to be being drug addicts. Most related medical professionals say the same. So, our babies are now addicted to drugs, too ?

Reminder - Hospitals quit testing newborns for drugs in their system because too many cases of that happened to be with black parents.

Kagan is a leftist. But she is intelligent.
Sotomayor is a complete affirmative action appointee. There is absolutely ZERO chance there wasn’t a more intelligent Hispanic judge available when she was appointed. Unfortunately, many may not have met the second criteria for confirmation. The willingness to always vote “the right way”…no matter how illogical the reasoning may be.
