No, if I knew more I would share. I doubt that this particular bit of info is classified. The common/traditional explosives are known to chemically deteriorate over time, causing them to become unstable and perhaps even spontaneously explode.
The actual chemical composition of the explosives in the MOAB may very well be a highly classified secret, so, we may well have no way to know whether it has a longer "shelf life" than a more common explosive material.
I'm not sure whether it makes good sense to reach conclusions about the stability of that MOAB explosive substance based on what we know about US Army field artillery shells.

I went to HS with the test pilot who dropped the first prototype on the bombing range. His video is the one you see, except for the little 5 second night vision clip of the mission in AFG.
