Wow
i mean if you're telling the truth the prosecution will end up tripping themselves up

Wow! Why would they call him at this point? Defense is clearly winning.

If I were a juror, and he started getting emotional and showing great remorse that would seal my decision. Hes only 18 so we know those emotions are going to come out.

This seems like a bad idea. But I can’t deny Kyle is a beastmaster for taking on the challenge.

They want the jury to hear him say

"I had NO choice."

This sounds like the worst idea imaginable.

Because you don't want the DA's to be able to cross him.

It's fricking stupid.

Yes, it is fricking stupid.

Thankfully, so are the prosecutors.

What's odd the prosecution was getting their butts kicked. Why take the chance?

I would think this is risky. What is there to gain?

The judge is essentially trying to talk him out of it.

What a colossal mistake from the Defense, potentially.

They have absolutely DUNKED on the prosecution so far, there's no reason to do this.

The judge is doing everything he can to give Kyle the hint to not testify.

I thought there was no possible way the defense would put Kyle on the stand. Curious to see the strategy here.
