Unfortunately that person likely had a long, but hidden history of mental illness and chose to commit suicide by jumping off a building and then shooting themselves twice in the back of the head.

BREAKING NEWS (AP - Washington Bureau):
In a shocking development, ______ _________, who was a Clinton confidant and campaign insider, was found dead in Ft. Marcy Park of an apparent suicide. Ironically, the body was found only 20 feet from where Vince Foster's body was found in 1993.
Investigators also recovered a laptop computer from _________'s apartment, which was still on and open to a page with a suicide note where he/she asserted that the recent book about the 2016 Clinton Campaign was a complete fabrication and that all of his/her statements were completely taken out of context. Interestingly, the note was written in Russian.
