Damn it! My kids love their pop tarts

I just saw an infographic of Kellogg's products. I don't think I have eaten one in 10 years.

I agree, is you're going for breakfast, the fat in bacon and eggs is much healthier and mentally stimulating

take this opportunity to drop cereal. it's really really really bad for you, regardless of added sugar. okay, i'm done preaching. read Grain Brain and get back to me.
It's a cheap and easy way to meet my carb macros on workout days without adding any fat to my fat macros.

Big market for Chocolate Trumpberries. Ivanka needs to get the ball rolling.

Can't you just eat steel cut oats or a sweet potato or something? (I don't know anything about carb macros)
Posted on 11/30/16 at 4:27 pm to Eric Nies Grind Time
I eat steel cut oats sometimes but they are gross and bland and flavorless without adding brown sugar or syrup or honey. So I have to allocate more carb calories to add the sugar.
Special K at least has some flavor.
Sweet Potatoes I do eat but they are not as cost effective and require more prep time.

Lol, they have no idea who they're messing with.
Breitbart is linked, shared, tweeted, and posted more than CNN, Guardian, WaPo, and Huff&Puff. They have a huge online news presence and readership, so what Kellogg did was pretty stupid.

Remember the good old days when corporations made goods and services to make a profit. Why do they feel the need to jump into politics and piss off half their customers? Good news is that I do not own Kellogg's stock, and I will easily substitute their competitors' products into my lifestyle. Can a lib buy enough of their shite to make up for my boycott? I think not.
