Oh gee, a vote along party lines; who would have guessed?

If the everyday Progs and Dems want to blame someone, they need to look inwards. If they want to blame someone, Blame Schumer, Blame Booker, Blame DiFi, Blame Pelosi, dont blame the Republicans who approved their own nominee when their party so politicized the nomination that it forced a move to party lines.
As soon as the Dems stated that they would oppose the nomination, regardless who it was before the nominee was even picked, then even the imagined sham of an attempt at fairness was thrown out the window. How can any of their fellow Senators feel compelled to change their mind based upon what they learn if there is no reason to trust the Democrats motives? If they already made up their minds, their talking points have to be viewed through that lens on bias.
As soon as it was stated they already made up their minds, the ability for this to be a nonpartisan inquiry was dead. If there is no true inquiry and instead it was a dog and pony show from the very start, why would you expect anything less than a partisan self serving vote? When they already had a numbers disadvantage why did they expect any other outcome?
