I mean come on. I love MAGA , but dear god how can his $1,500 per hour lawyer frick up the response.

Playing devil's advocate, but if it was reported on 5/16, that doesn't necessarily mean the memos weren't leaked until then, no?

That was when the papers published the story, but Comey gave the memo to his friend for release the day before.

Just a few weeks ago it was, why would Trump possibly tweet that Comey said he wasn't investigated on 3 separate occasions. "We know that didn't happen, why is Trump lieing about it and sticking his foot in his mouth?"
If they came out and Trump's lawyer said this today, you are God Damned sure that they have proof of what they are talking about. The level of doubt after continually being proven wrong is absolutely mind boggling.

Trump was threatening him because press reports were detailing their 1 on 1 convo. How did the press even know they had a 1 on 1, much less what was said?

Pretty sure he was communicating that the NYT reported information that was or could have only come from those memos prior to Comey's under-oath timeline - not that they wrote an article about them or quoted them, per se.

Neither of those articles quote Comey's memo. Kasowich's claim is the NYT article on 5/11 quotes the memo. That is not accurate.
