As someone who has taken programming classes, works with data analytics, I don't understand this liberal infatuation with coding. They must have know idea what they are talking about. Why the focus on coding? Do they think coding translates directly learning technology? Whats the percentage of the public that wants to be a programmer?

The entire Democrat primary will be about who can promise to give away the most money. When asked how they're going to pay for it the standard answer will be "tax the rich". If you add up all the give away programs (reparations, free college, guaranteed income, green new deal, etc.) you could take 100% of the so called rich's income and not have enough to pay for it.

I’ll share the best thing about this from my perspective. I went to school and played football with a very diverse group of people (as you can imagine). Still friends with a lot of these guys.
When this housing shenanigan came out from Harris, I was amazed to see their response. “Wtf, we don’t need you to buy us a house”. Like clockwork. Gotta say, these are hard working men. They’ve got hard working wives. They just want to have opportunity. She’s about to lose bigly on this.

Someone told them one day that computers are going to take all our jobs. Thus, we'd better learn how to tell computers what to do!
You shouldn't think too deeply into it. God knows they don't.
